No scrollbar and just a border.. Options

Ok for my div layout,I have well this rectangular div box and I have a photo in it thats nearly the same size as the box,but you have to scroll down to see the rest of it,I already made the pic smaller.I just want to have it so it looks like theres just a border around itand for it to have no scroll bar in it,also I want to put links in it too,so it all fits...I'd probbaaly have to resize it?

And what size would yoou think i'd need to resize the div box to,to be able to fit links and stuff in as well?
Also with the pic in it,well I have it centered,maybe I don't need to have it centered since its in teh div box,I don't know..And there's a fair gap between the top of the top div and the pic?!

I just put < br>'s here and there.The middle column somehow seems to be apart of the second div,because I typedlinks in after putting a few of the br's in and I then viewed it and the links were in the middle part,so I then thought how can I get writing in the actual second div?.So I put br's after the links and then I managed to get text in the actual second div.But for some reason the text seems to be in the center,but I don't have any center in the code so..And now the middle column is too wide..I took a few of the br's out but it didn't make a difference...I'm so confused lol..
