Hewwo, Something of a request Options

I've found a lot of neat stuff here, & I'm learning a little bit more about how HTML works in the meantime too....

But I've yet to find a blog I really want. I have one up of some pretty anime girlies, but I want one with Haruhara Haruko of FLCL on it (The pic I have attached would be nice in a bright color). If I knew anything about how to make my own, I'd do it. A tutorial would be nice actually, but I learn by being shown, so, this is just a request, for now.....
