Hello..
well i'm sure everyone has SOMEWHAT of attitude in them at one point...except mine isnt just when I have my period or something. Lately i've been really mean towards people and giving alot of attitude, and i dont "stop and think" i try but it all just comes out. ehh..cant believe i'm going to say this, i'm pretty sure theres alot of NICEE people, here so.. any advice for being nice  i'm kind of mean cause when one person annoys me then basically i'm mean for the rest of the day.. it bugs me.. help? i wanna changee for good.
