my friend won't leave me and my boyfriend alone. we've never even had one lunch together without her around. school is the only place we can hang out now 'cause I can't get out of the house anymore and she's driving me off a cliff with her clingyness! I swear, she's like a dog. she treats him like her slaave. it's totally ticking me off. I understand they're good friends but they spend more time together than we do. the reason I don't wanna say anything to her is because she's one of those people who find a way to turn something completely around and make you feel like an idiot. I HAATE that ]: all I want is me and my boyfriend to be alone for once, without her butting in at any time. I was so upset that I cried, I'm amazed at how jealoous and overprotective I'm being towards him 'cause I've never done anything like that. please give me some advice.

I know you don't want to do this, but you have to talk to her. Stay firm in your opinion and state it cleary. If she denies, tell her again - say that she's hurting you and offending you. If she's a real fried, then she should back off. And a word for the wise - your boyfriend isn't gonig to leave you if he loves you. Remember that. But it sounds like you just want tiem more than anything...

If anything, just explain that you would like one lunch a week (or more) alone with your boyfriend. After all, he deserves your attention too, right? (put it that way)

You do have to realize that since you can't get out of the house and the only place to see him is school, that you can't devote all of your time to him - you have friends and you need to pay attention to them too. Make sure in all of this that you don't forget about your friends.
