I would ban sharing. Just ban the concept altogether. Then it wouldn't be rude not to share, sisters wouldn't borrow your razors/makeup, and people wouldn't think it was okay to cheat on their partners.
Okay, yeah so that's irrational.. Maybe I'd just ban stealing. It's okay to share if it's okay with the OWNER first.
