I have a particular distaste for poems. generally, i feel poetry is contrived and formulaic. of course there are brilliant ones, but too many crappy ones flood the literary world.

Maddox is god.
Moving on, poetry is alright when some contrived person trying to write a "deep" poem doesn't attempt it. I write poems when me feels like it. No meter, no beats, and most importently; no rhyming. Poems need to flow, ya know? |
