How can I get these boxes.. ? Options

Okay, first off.. go here. Alright, now.. I was wondering. How do you get the blue/green border around his myspace on the sides.. and the boxes in his about me.. I would like to know how to implement them into mine.. another thing is his display name, I've seen other people have theirs that big, but I don't know how to do it..

for the name text:

and for the title, just leave that area blank in the code, and put in a title on your own in the same area you put all your text.
