I've just returned to CB, and I feel so lost because I don't seem to know anybody anymore! However, I don't want to post a cliche survey because (a) it probably has already been posted and (b) I never care about the questions in those surveys. So here's a list of probing questions that would give me and the rest of the community a better idea of who each of you are, not what your favorite band is or if you've ever smoked pot or gone skinny-dipping. So here goes:

2 Choose three adjectives to describe yourself. Hyper, bizarre, awkward. o_0
3 What/Who has (or has had) the greatest influence on your life right now and why? My boyfriend, Dominic. Maybe in the past the influence he's had on me hasn't been good, but now he's all I think about. If that made any sense. =/ Plus he got me interested in my all-time favorite band, Primus. =)
4 What in your life do you value the most and why? In all honesty, my MP3 player. I'm not going to say my friends or family, because I really don't feel that close to them.
5 Whom in your life do you value the most and why? My mommy. =) She's been a housewife her whole life and taken care of me for as long as I can remember. Plus she worries for her kids when they don't worry for themselves.
6 What, do you believe, is your purpose on earth? That's a hard one. I guess all I think my purpose is is to have some sort of impact on those around me. I hope to have one, at least.
7 What, so far, have you contributed to the world? I'm a lazy-ass freeloader, so not much. ^^ Seriously though, I can't think of anything..I guess according to the previous question, I haven't contributed anything material, or anything that you can touch, taste, see, or hear, but in the past I know I've been a good friend to people.
8 Do you portray yourself to others in a way that is contrary to who you really are? Umm..I guess. I notice that when my boyfriend is around, I'm really quiet..I never talk, or I act extremely cute. But if he saw me the rest of the day, I'm insane..

10 Is there anything you would like to change about yourself or your life? I wish I was more active, how I was when I was younger. I used to run all over the place. I also wish I wasn't so lazy in general. Even when it comes to doing things I supposedly like, like reading, it takes me weeks to get in the mood to do it. That's why it takes me so long to finish videogames or books.
11 What is your favorite place to be and why? Liège, Belgium. Because I love the city life, even if it's not a city like Chicago with huge skyscrapers. I love the language and the architecture and the people.
12 Describe your life in five words or less. I. Am. Simple.
13 What are you genuinely interested in? Web and graphic design, obviously, videogames, reading, language, travel, anything having to do with the future, philosophy, debate in general, LITTLE THINGS! { takes deep breath }
14 If money were not an issue, what would you do with your life? I would like to travel the world and the seven seas. { starts singing }

(8) Do you portray yourself to others in a way that is contrary to who you really are? No. Absolutely not. The way I am on the internet is the way I am in real life. I can't help being natural.

(10) Is there anything you would like to change about yourself or your life? Yes. I wish I never met my dad. That's something I regret, a lot.
(11) What is your favorite place to be and why? Favorite place? The movies "area". Not exactly going TO the movies. I love the restaurants there, the different fun things there... there's also the Atomium close to it. I swear, it's soooo cool there.

Oh really!? How cool..I wouldn't have thought that you lived in Europe, your English is so good! How did you find out about Createblog?

I love Belgium..I really do want to live there someday. I felt like I've grown up there. Well, I kind of have, because when I was little we went there every other summer.

Well, i'm Nigerian/Bahamian/English. I actually moved to Belgium years ago, it's not exactly a fun place to be but it's alright. I live in Brussels and it's sort of boring. I've been to Liège and it rocks!! I found cB through xanga of course. By the ways, I speak French and little Dutch. Yeah...that's about it. How come you came to Belgium every summer? Are you part Belgian or??
