im despirate so ill just get right to the point. theres this girl at school i like and i need advice on how to talk to her. i can never get up the courage and the 1 or 2 times i did ... it didnt end up very well. we have no mutal friends and the only class i have with her is the only class i have with my ex girlfriend, who is determined to ruin my life
  . my friends act like assholes to her and her friend told her i was a jerk. what can i do?!??

My rule of thumb: If it takes a lot of effort to interact with a person, and you're the one putting all the effort into it, it's probably not going to happen anyway. Relationships usually happen naturally and are not forced.
