Where should i start learning how to make good layouts for myspace and web pages and stuff like that. Where should i "start" learning html and css. Even though i know a little bit of them. Websites would be greatly appreciated. What programs should i tell my father to buy so i can make good designs?

I suggest Gimp, it rocks. And remember, MS Paint is NOT bad. I use it; I think it's wonderful. Good enough for clean, simple images.
I was gonna post a site with good tutorials..but they were all already posted  I agree with extravaganza, just look at code. It's the main way I learned how to code. |
