i did this... in ms paint only. i had to make something because i'm dying without my psp.
 i miss it. i never ever use ms paint. ahah. so this is badd. i mean horrible. and it still took awhile. its simple.. just trying to learn a few basics of shading.. maybe i'll try something more complex later. i bow down to all you paint masters!what inspired me to do charmander.. i will never know. the before:  after:
