hmmm...
i read somewhere that you shouldnt use toner because it dries out your skin and overproduces oil..... but i use proactiv for my acne and it requires to use a toner and my skin is shiny and oily so what do you guys suggest i do? |

i read somewhere that great skin comes from doing all 3: clean, tone, moisturize
