^Oh, you have an apple computer? Then the ctrl+a won't work for you on my little tutorial...just go to Edit-->Select All.
Mind me while I search for another animation program. Here's an animation tutorial, if you still can't get the Jasc to work right: http://www.animationfactory.com/help/tutorial_gif.html And there's a link to a site that has the download of an animation program.
