ive lived for 21 years now. but i still wonder sometimes. why do i live?

I live..because...well..
It's just something I've been wondering for the longest time, since about 3rd or 4th grade. Why am I me? Why do I think the thoughts that I think? Why am I a girl, and not a guy? Why am I not her, instead of me? How come I can't read anybody elses' thoughts, does that really make me me??. But..I think I'm alive because one day, somebody is going to need me to hold onto when nobody else is around  edit. because my mommy and daddy met one night...and they immediately bonded
