QUICK.. SCREENSHOT HELP submitting a skin, screenshot help..getting weird error when submitting a skin

whenever i click 'submit' it says that my screenshot should not be cropped or shot in widescreen.. what if i didnt do that & that error is still coming up? any suggestions???
