FFVIII, help needed |

I'm on the fourth disk on FFVIII and I keep dying on the first boss (Edel). If anyone has already beaten the game, could you give me some hints? For instance, how do I get the Samantha Soul? How can I defeat Edel without hurting Rinoa and yet at the same time heal Rinoa when she gets her HP drained?

Are you guys talking about Adel? *sigh*
Cast regen on Rinoa. Use GF/magic rarely during the battle. Use normal attacks because they don't do much damage that way. Heal Rinoa with hi-potion occasionally or something. |
