Police say that during summer school, while a 10-year-old New Covenant student was in the bathroom, Holley grabbed the child's underwear and pulled it up. The student's mother reported the incident to the school, but police were not notified until January. The arrest came after an investigation where police interviewed both the child and the teacher. Do you think the teacher should have been arrested? It's odd that this happened in summer school and didn't get reported for 6 months. |

but i dont think he should've been taken to jail. Maybe like suspension from the school or like being fired would have been a better idea. There was an incident at my school where this gym teacher locked a girl up in a storage room and made her clean it just cause the student wasn't dressed in the appropraite gym uniform. She started crying cause she saw a cockaroach in it >< The teacher ended up getting fired i think. Im not sure. Some people said that she was going through stress cause she was pregnat and she was a gym teacher having to deal with half of the school. |
