it seems ridiculous to me that one cannot vote for someone who has already won.
the best staffer should win, hands down, each month, regardless of whether or not they have won before. to say that 'each mod deserves a turn' undermines the point of the voting, and just turns the whole concept into a massive 'let's make the mods feel GREAT about themselves, one by one' session, which is frankly a waste of time. i say abolish that rule. the best should win. period. |

but we want it to be fair for the other staff members--if the same staff member won each month do you really think that would be fair?
