The student's mother reported the incident to the school, but police were not notified until January. The arrest came after an investigation where police interviewed both the child and the teacher. Do you think the teacher should have been arrested? It's odd that this happened in summer school and didn't get reported for 6 months. |

I hate it when schools keep things under wraps. I can think of one particular, "prestigious" school that lies about their students being the top picks for college and having the best department for a certain subject. I will not name the school but I hope someday it gets uncovered.
I think something should be done to the teacher AND the school. That is inapporpriate for a teacher. A child's underwear should not be touched by a teacher. The teacher should at least be suspended without pay, being arrested seems a bit much. |
