hey everyone i was wondering how to make a picture with this type of art...

Grayscale then emboss? Actually... There's a filter on my camera that does something like that. Not that I use it, but it's there.
&you really, you have Photoshop 2.0? That's over 10 years old! o.o I do believe it was released in 1991. Spring for at least, like, Elements 2.0... Which is probably almost as good and won't be so ancient. Older programs cause problems sometimes... |
