Where should i start learning how to make good layouts for myspace and web pages and stuff like that. Where should i "start" learning html and css. Even though i know a little bit of them. Websites would be greatly appreciated. What programs should i tell my father to buy so i can make good designs?

 There are plenty of things out there!For html/css I suggest searching google. For programs If you don't wan't to pay ms paint is nice. I know many graphic designers that use it! :] Or I personally use adope photoshop 7 It is easy to learn and if you have limewire you can download it for free virsus free Paint shop. I heard it is good as well I'm pretty sure tis cheaper than ps 7 Or my friend uses a microsoft photoshop which is like ps 7! And is free as well!
