Comment Plugger installation help |

I'm new to Wordpress, and I want to add the Comment Plugger, and it says to add this function:
CODE <?php mdv_comment_plugger(); ?> in the files where I want the "plugs" to display. I'm not really sure which file that is...so I was wondering if someone could please help me? |
