first question: how do you made a box/border around everything including the about me and who id like to meet section?

second question: can i change the text of about me and who id like to meet section? can i make the text bigger?

third question: can you make everything lower case? and when ppl leave you comments, they cant make the letter upper case or bigger?

fourth question: how do you make everything centered?
