ok... theres this festival that goes on in spain, and i've researched and know some about it, but i need to know what kind of food they eat at this festival, so if anyone knows, please help

I saw this documentary (sp?) on it. All I know of is...Churros and "hot chocolate" Which is really melted chocolate.
