layouts made by generators being accepted., do mods even look at the code? Options

OKay, no offense or anything, but when some one submits a layout do the mods even check the code? I mean I found in a layout code on the 10th line this:

.mygen { Created using MyGen 2.5 - www.mygen.co.uk }

is that so hard to find? A lot of layouts are being made with generators and mods aren't even noticing. Shouldn't we at least have some kind of thing where we can report layouts that we think are made with generators?

I also noticed a couple, I have been rejecting any that I seem suspicious. Also, I'd like to add, BBz has a code that when the credit is removed, in various numerous places in the css it says DONOTBLOCKOURAD So if mods or users see that, they can notify someone on staff.
