When did CB get so uptight about grammatical details?
Now, don't get me wrong. I realize that correct grammar and coherent sentences are important. Sure, sometimes I can't help but subtly pointing out a grammatical mistake. But is it really necessary to bash someone for a run-on sentence or misplaced apostrophe? Do people really deserve less respect because of the way they type? It seems as if some people are desperate for superiority... I'm surprised at how many evangelical grammatists have developed on this forum. Thoughts? Opinions? Partagez avec nous, s'il-vous-plait. |

But yeah. I'm extremely anal about grammar and spelling (Even though I'm not a great speller, I make an effort and check when I'm not lazy). I've been that way for quite some time. When someone types in sticky caps, or otherwise idiot language, I want to rip out their entrails and hang that person with them. |
