hey everyone
i was working on photoshop 2.0 and i was filtering many images but then i was looking for the one that meaks a picture seem as it is a colorful cartoon......and no pencil marks... i cuooldnt find the name but does anyone know how to do it to a picture or the name of the filter?! thanks!!!!!! soo!!!!!! much!!!!!!!!!!! |
