Specific Layout, Missing Myspace Layout Options

I was wondering if anyone can help me. I had changed my layout on Myspace last week and I just changed my layout today. I decided that I liked my original layout and so then I went to createblog.com to look for my old layout. Unfortuneately, I was not able to find it. I have searched if every where and it was no where to be found. The layout is mostly brown with some tan. In the upper right hand corner there was a animated block with a drawing of a girly doll (she is dressed in sort of an S&M outfit) and she is handcuffed to a teddy bear. There is also two thought bubbles one for each of the characters. The girl has a thought bubble with a skull in it and the bear has one with a heart. Can anyone help me out?
