Congrats to.....errrr...me for winning Staff Member of the Month for March. 2006! Thanks to all those who voted for me.

Staff Member of the Month (SMofM) Contest #2!

How it Works:
Members post on who they think has made the most impact on CB that month and deserves the title of Staff Member of the Month. Then, the votes will be totaled up to see who wins! The members themselves vote on this, and any member who's not a part of the staff can vote.

Rules:
- You can vote for any type of staff member.
- You can only vote for one staff member.
- You can't vote for someone who's already won.

I think we should have it as members can't vote for the previous winner..so:

1: Suzzette
2: Kiera

for round 3 you can vote for Suzzette again (she's not a mod anymore, though =[ ) but you cannot vote for Kiera for round 3. In round 4 you can vote for Kiera again =]

I think this is a more rewarding system. None of the mods want to be pitied (sp).

I don't think so...we already know that someone who has won is a good mod. That's why they won. Why not give someone else a chance?

Plus, at the end of the year we are having a Staff member of the year right?
And all who won, SMOTM will be the nominees for SMOTY.
If someone wins mulitple times then there wont really be many mods to choose from for SMOTY.
I deffinately think other mods should get a chance, so yeah I agree with Sammi.
