space on top of the page, is it custom hearder? Options

i wanted to put a picture repeating horizontally on the beggining of my page.
i used this script:

but after i used this script, theres a space on top of my picture.
i wanted to cancle out that space
so then the picture i used will be on the toppest on my page.
does anyone know how to solve this problem? or did i used a wrong script for it?

hm, it should look that way, I think the space is due to the xanga ads-so the picture can't be at the toppest of your page
