okay..i was just wondering if you guys think that taking the morning after pill is considered abortion...for those of you who dont know..the morning after pill is a pill you take withthin 72 hours after having sex just in case you got pregnant..the pill kills the sperm and the egg that has joined, therefore a baby is not created..
sooo..what are your views on the morning after pill? |

But the pill doesn't allow it to implant. So if it hasn't implanted yet, then how can it "sort of" be like an abortion, based on your definition?

Depends on what pill you're talking about. However, I suppose you are correct as those pills generally refered to as "Morning After" are not chemical abortion drugs, but they simply prevent fertilization. But, on the other hand, the most infamous of "Morning After Pills", the RU-486, does indeed abort a fertilized egg, making it a chemical abortion drug. |
