For all you people with acne, how do you take care of your face from to avoid eating certain food?
For me, i reduce eating oily food and caffine like chocolate. According to the website, it says oil food and chocolate doesnt cause acne ... and i still dont believe it. |

I try to avoid eating noodles because the soup usually splashes on my face and causes break outs.
