i eat a heck alot and i never get fat or chubby....its the metabolism rite...do you eat alot?

**jealous jealous** i envy those who eat eat and eat but don't get fat coz of fast metabolism!!
I used to eat a lot, until in these recent 3-4 yrs I've realised that if I go on eating like that I'd get fat or at least have high cholesterol and stuff...... I'm not starving myself, but trying to eat healthier! And not eating too many snack foods! |
