stole this little idea from the girls locker room, about the "are you happy with you figure?" so, how do you guys feel about your form?

good for u... obviously they were not capable of inflicting the type of damage that i can disperse when need be cuz no way would i get doused by a dude when giving up a ft and 60-70 lbs.

It's called aikido, man. Bigger doesn't equal better if you know how to deal with large opponents. My instructor is a 5' 4" guy who regularly takes on 3 or more opponents who are trained in arts such as tae kwon do. Granted, he's much better than I (hence why he's the instructor), but even a person with only a bit of experience in aikido can be quite formidable. |
