STOP BEING MEAN
Last night when I went into the chat, some people were bashing the girl Nicco with the sn DoNotBreath. I just lingered for a while and finally IMed her saying that everyone was joking and didnt mean any harm. Uh, then she showed me a picture of her cuts because of what the chat said to her. Now, of course this is a bit off the wall and pathetic...but really, everyone else wasn't right either. I'm not pointing fingers :P |

I knew there was a reason why I've been terrified to join chat.
 Seriously though - try to keep things friendly, folks. I know that we're all different and that some of us deal with life differently. I have absolutely no first hand knowledge of this incident becuase, like I mentioned above I've never been in chat here. (Well once, but it wasn't AIM based). Like Naomi has mentioned on more than one occasion, just use ignore if you must. But really, try to tolerate if you can without resorting to that. Some people just have miserable days and they react accordingly. Perhaps the next time you see them they will have a completely different attitude. How would you ever know if you based everything you know about a person on one chat session? I don't know, it just doesn't seem fair. But again, I wasn't there so I couldn't say to what degree the annoyance was. Yep, my 25 cents. |
