Well,
I have a professional website but I would like to learn image mapping and make it a layout :3 I know css/html/javascript/tables/iframes and the whole shabang I just need help with this xD please help me  It would make me pleased and I would credit you on my site<3

GeoHTML works perfect. If you know your HTML, then you'll know what to do with the code it gives you.
