Im going into HS in a few months and lately im working my assh off to play vars or star jv. Any tips on how i can suceed in those goals.

vasrsity? not that many freshman go into varsity their first year unless theyre realllly good on the sport they do. it would depend on what sport youre trying out for. maybe you can tell us..
 and then that way, we can suggest condition and workout habbits.
