i looked in the tutorials section and couldn't find anything.... i'm not sure how to do it. my picture is already cropped around my figure all i want is for it to look like this:

Grayscale then apply an outer glow in pink. Or you could select the picture (I'm assuming you cut him out), expand the selection (by about 5px), and fill it with pink. Then apply a gaussian blue @ around 5-ish strength.
Either way it'll come out approx. the same. |
