If she liked you then stopped liking you in the duration of 2 weeks then how drawn to you can she be or get? If you're willing to take the chance then ask her out. You don't have to know her life story to ask her out. If feelings are mutual you could get a bit more serious. That's the joy of starting a relationship, you start to really get to know one another.
