submitting s2 livejournal layouts Options

i just recently discovered that there is no way to submit s2 (new system) livejournal layouts. all the coding is in a .css file. i was asking dani (libertie) how i would go about submitting s2 layouts, and she told me that there really is no way to do it with the current system. i could just take a screenshot and clearly write that the preview does not show how the layout actually works, but that still leaves the question of how to submit the layout. i could just put the css in the overrides box, and in the description mention that they need to create a .css file, put the contents of the box in it, upload it somewhere, and copy the url to the file, choose the layout, and paste the URL it in "external style sheet url" under /customize - edit customizations and tell them to check the box saying "override default", but that might all just be a bit too confusing. and i know that cb likes to host all images/files on their servers..

so.. i think there should at least be an upload section for the .css file.

if not a completely different submitting category for s2 layouts.

That would make things a lot easier.. It'd be nice if there was a way for them to work in the preview, but even just being able to upload the css would be nice.

I think, though, that if this is implemented, there needs to be a seperate category for LJ S2 layouts so there is no confusion.
