my words are falling true
but they are not entertaining you and my eyes are not open so my lies are always broken when i contradict myself and i despise cotton candied whispers because they mean nothing in this place you told the meter to survive but you forgot to lace the taste and it's bittersour not bittersweet so pull the hands from pockets and greet the day with a firm handshake shake the dust from your behind you're collecting tools with foolish rhymes my hands are tied but thats okay i'm about to go to bed anyway. |

Wow, I really like this one.
Especially the message behind it. It really gets to me. That ending is great too, I looked at the last line as when you say on the computer, "alright g2g to bed" or something. Like it could keep continue the next day, goodbye for now, and what everyone says at the end of these convos. Great work as usual! I liked it before and after I read your meaning behind it, beautiful choice of words |
