Im just curious.
 what would you do? at a public place. and you just took a dump use hands. use socks. use pants. use undergarments. spend the night. etc etc. use your imagination. i tried to make a poll and i filled out all these nice creative answers and all of a sudden i press submit and the poll is not there :( --edit-- let's all just pretend that we carry tissue thingies and go into stalls in public bathrooms and take a shit. just answer the god damn question/

I wouldn't be taking a dump anywhere public in the first place. And second, if I REALLY needed to go I'd probably check if there is toilet paper in that stall first. If not, I'd just go to another stall. And if I was dumb enough to take a shit somewhere public without toilet paper, I'd wait until no one was coming, walk to the next stall with my pants down to my ankles, and then wipe my ass.
