It appears that this person has taken my exact coding, and just modified it for their own layout. I dont want to make a big deal over it, but is this reportable? Thanks. Sorry if this is in the wrong category; i'm new to the forums.

I PMed the user about it. Their layout is no longer in the public section, but in the rejected section.
