There's this guy at my school. And I like him a lot. A lotta lot. The problem is, he always has like 98237234 girls hanging all over him & fawning over him, and I can't get over to talk to him unless I pretty much join in his "fan club". And I don't want to do that, look desperate and pathetic, that is. How can I talk to him without having to kill all the other girls in my school? And when you guys have your "fan clubs" of girls, do you find that flattering, or annoying?
Or just help me stop liking him. How do you manage that? |

i'm in pretty much the same situation.
i am in 10th grade, and i like a senior right now- but there are a LOT of freshmen at our school who flirt with him constantly. now, they may not like him, but they flirt with him- and that kind of annoys me. fortunately, they're not always around. i started out by just waving and saying "hey," in the halls, and would sometimes stop to talk. now every now & then he stops ME to talk : ) if he's in any of your classes you can talk to him in there, or after school if either of you take a bus, etc etc. try and catch him alone and build up a friendship with him... you won't seem pathetic. sometimes these things just take time. |
