Comments in Div, not working right |

I'm working on another div layout and im trying to put all of my comments into a div to have in my layout. i used the script here but either it doesnt work or i am just not using it right. could someone please tell me EXACTLY what and where i am supposed to put things? I've tried it a thousand different ways and drying to add other things and all of this crap and the comments either dont show up at all or show up under my div layout. someone please help me.
