ok .. my freinds were thinkin about breakin into sum place and stealin money... (lots of it) .. honestly .. i dont think they are gonna do it .. but if they did .. 2 are 18 ... one is 17 and the other is 16 .... if they get caught ... how much jail time could they serve ???

i take it you're a minor.
i'd say 1 year in juvie for accessory. that's if you have any knowledge of what they're going to do, when, etc. and don't tell or help in any way. |
