how can i acheive these two borders? and does anyone have any font suggestions for the first image in the part that says headliner? thanks in advance!

For the border in the second image, click the tool under the next tool and hold it and select 'rounded rectangle tool.' Drag it acrss where you want it to be. Then, right click on the layer and click 'make selection.' Press Ok. Then, press CTRL + SHIFT + I Go to the layer where the image is and press delete and delete the layer with the shape. TADA! Was that confusing? :|
