How did this happen, and how can I get it back?, Borders (here's a picture) Options

I deleted my extended network and my blogs, then moved my about me up.. and now my about me and all that doesnt have any borders. But all the side content does.
Here's a picture..


-- I don't know why its so small, but the left side content has pink borders. But not the other side.

How can I put my borders back ?
