(maybe a div code?) I want my site to end 10 to 20 pixels after the last blog entry instead of the 60 or 70 it is now... i can't figure it out; my site

(the footer) beneath my left column modules, blogs, and right column modules is a space of about 60 or 70 pixels that i would like to get rid of essentially causing the user to not be able to scroll past the white border of the blogs etc.; i need a code to accomplish this... (i know you can do this at the top with a div code but it's pointless because obviously xanga places the ad on top of whatever you just moved to the top of the page) please help... you shouldn't need my code for this...
