What qualities make you say "Hey, this girl might make a good girlfriend" right off the bat? What're you looking for? What interests/hobbies/general knowledge would you be looking at?

Please go into more than just looks or "funny and nice and smart". Otherwise, it's like, duh. Cute, funny, nice, smart - We all know people want that. But what do you want, individually?

Ambition/Independence Nothing is more attractive than a woman who depends on herself. The lady has to be climbing for a summit somewhere...not descending.

Awareness Climb fast, but enjoy the climb. Nothing's worse than someone preoccupied with something to the point of mania. Strive for something, but keep it cool and be ready for disappointment. The ability to bounce back is on a different level of sexy.

Cuteness I don't care what you rate on the 1-10 scale; if I think you're cute, you're in. My definition of cute really lies in a girl's mannerisms and outlook. A cute voice helps, too.

An Agenda Have something to talk about, eh? Conversationalists earn points, the others...don't.

No Obsessiveness! Ick. That's the fastest way to annoy someone. Again, as long as the girl plays it cool and doesn't need cue cards and someone's hand to hold all the time, thumbs up.

Activity I like running and playing soccer and basketball, etc. I'm not saying the girl has to like running or soccer or any sport for that matter...just maybe that she understands that I do -- and maybe make an attempt to go on morning runs with me.
